Travel Checklist

We are aware of travel disruption impacting some airlines, airports, the Port of Dover and road networks.

Standard check-in opens at least 2 and a half hours before departure for short and mid-haul flights and at least 3 for long haul flights.

Should your flight be cancelled or delayed prior to travel and we have booked your flight for you, we will make contact with you as soon as possible. Once you have checked in you will be taken care of by your airline.

If you have made your own arrangements please make sure you update the contact details in your booking so the airline is able to reach you.

Additionally our teams are aware of various wildfires across the UK, Europe and the USA. We will continue to monitor these situations as they develop, and contact any customers that will be effected.
