Clovelly Country Club

Set in the Silvermine Valley a few miles south of Cape Town, the spectacular Clovelly Country Club course boasts spectacular views of the mountains and the ocean. The course plays slightly short but narrow to provide a sufficient challenge.

Sightseeing

The viewpoints in Cape Town are unbelievable, with Table Mountain leading the pack. Either taking the cable car up or challenging the hike up, you will reach the top with incredible views overlooking the city. Then right on the corner of the Cape Peninsula is Cape Point which is a mountainous and scenic landform at the very south western tip of Africa. Lions head is also one that has to be mentioned, which is great for all hiking lovers to look over the spectacular coastline.

Vineyards & Wine Tasting

Located just a short drive from Cape Town are the winelands in the Stellenbosch and Constantia regions, where you can go try some of the finest wines in South Africa. A lot of the wineries also have great restaurants available too, partnering up to produce the most relaxing and enjoyable day out. Glen Carlou Vineyards is certainly one to mention, renowned for their superb wines and innovative dishes at the restaurant.

There is a variety of dining options in Cape Town, making it suitable for all visitors. The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront (V&A) is one of the best destinations for eating out, which delivers amazing food but also in an ideal location to be able to look out to the waterfront whilst enjoying your meal. It’s worth trying to get the chance to try a South African Braai, tasting their own version of a barbeque.
