This was our third visit to this hotel. It was not as good as the last time. Firstly they gave us a cramped room, not the one they advertise on their website for the category we chose. Hot food was always served on cold plates, not good. Both restaurants were noisy and their premier restaurant, BLT, did not feel premier. This hotel needs a more intimate restaurant. Our clubs were never cleaned, we did it ourselves. The property is very nice, also expensive in the restaurants, bars and Pro Shop, to be expected. Overall the standards here have gone down since our last stay a few years ago, which really is a pity, we enjoyed it so much before.
